Tania is our charismatic front of house manager at Chez Christophe Patisserie in Burnaby, BC. She joined our team in 2020, and uses her love of cake and coffee to inspire new drink creations.
A talented member of our pastry kitchen, Brandon joined the Chez Christophe Burnaby team in 2020. His love of pastry and baking began during his cook apprenticeship, offering his extra time to the Pastry Chef in hopes of learning new techniques or recipes.
Discovering her love of pastry and baking at an early age, Soleil attended the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. Joining the Chez Christophe Burnaby team in 2021, Soleil excels at chocolate work and enjoys creating a story and themes for showpieces.
