This Christmas chocolate cake from Chez Christophe is a symphony of black forest sponge and three decadent chocolate mousse layers - dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate. Raspberry confit adds a fruity centre to this divine festive cake, making the perfect centrepiece for your holiday dinner.
