Chef Christophe Bonzon of Chez Christophe Chocolaterie Patisserie and Chef Jamie Tung of Buttermere Patisserie have launched a limited-edition summer gelato collection!
Inspired by Chef Jamie’s recent training at the esteemed Carpigiani Gelato University in Italy, the two chefs developed three unique gelato flavours, made in small batches using authentic Italian gelato techniques. The collection is only available through pre-order, with pick-up from August 15 - Sept 5, 2026.

A Croissant Affair Gelato
A gelato for pastry lovers. Using Chez Christophe’s buttery croissants, Chef Jamie developed a slow-infusion method to capture their rich, freshly baked aroma in the gelato base. The flavour is then finished with shards of Chez Christophe’s signature Montreux dark chocolate and pistachio chocolate, folded in like stracciatella for crisp bites. Served with a mini croissant.

Ginger-Mango-Gardenia Gelato Sandwich
Inspired by the Aiwen mango from Kaohsiung, Taiwan - Chef Jamie’s hometown - A crisp Four Seasons Gardenia oolong sablé with delicate floral notes sandwiches the refreshing yogurt gelato featuring a sweet mango and ginger compote crafted by Chef Christophe, while Chef Jamie created the flavour pairing to balance the tea, yogurt, and fruit into one refreshing bite.

Tropical Noir Sorbet - Vegan
A vegan sorbet inspired by Chef Jamie’s travels through Southeast Asia. Creamy coconut and fragrant pandan, often called the “vanilla of Southeast Asia”, create a light, aromatic base. Complemented by a deep roasted nuttiness from Chez Christophe’s black sesame praline, bringing all the flavours together.
