Introducing our new line of 5 handcrafted chocolate bars made with carefully selected ingredients in the Swiss tradition in small batches in Burnaby, BC. The variety of chocolate profiles that we offer is sure to please any customer’s palate. With a long shelf life and sleek packaging this is the perfect sweet treat for any artisan or boutique café and shop.

34% BLANC

Subtly sweet white chocolate with milky notes

 

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skim milk powder, soya lethicin. 70g each

35% BLANC CARAMEL

Smooth, slightly sweet with caramel notes

 

Ingredients: Cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, whey powder (milk), caramelised sugar, soya lethicin, natural vanilla flavouring, salt. 70g each

42% PURE LAIT

A pure blend of three simple ingredients – single origin beans from Ecuador, milk and sugar

 

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass *Cocoa 100% UTZ certified. *Does not contain soya. 70g each

 

 

 

70.4% YVERDON

A custom blend of beans from Santo Domingo and Peru. Bold cocoa flavour with aromatic fruity notes.

Christophe travelled to France to create two very special custom chocolates with Cacao Barry, part of their Or Noir program.  He created two custom chocolates and created his signature taste profile unique to each bar. Each chocolate is named after cities in Switzerland dear to Christophe's heart.

 Yverdon is his hometown in Switzerland, a place dear to his heart.

 

Ingredients: Unsweetened Chocolate, Sugar, Soy Lethicin, Natural Vanilla Flavour. 70g each

 

 

 

 

63.6% MONTREUX

 Our custom blend of beans from Madagascar, Equador and Papuasie.  Balanced dark chocolate with a 63.6% cocoa content and a hint of smokiness.

Montreux is named after the city where he honed his craft in both pastry and chocolate.
