Chez Christophe × Buttermere Gelato Collection

Chef Christophe Bonzon of Chez Christophe Chocolaterie Patisserie and Chef Jamie Tung of Buttermere Patisserie have launched a limited-edition summer gelato collection! 

Inspired by Chef Jamie’s recent training at the esteemed Carpigiani Gelato University in Italy, the two chefs developed three unique gelato flavours, made in small batches using authentic Italian gelato techniques. The collection features a croissant-infused gelato, a tropical vegan sorbet, and a yogurt gelato sandwich. 

The collection is only available through pre-order, with pick-up from August 15 - Sept 5, 2026.

Order online for pickup at Chez Christophe Pâtisserie in Burnaby, White Rock, or West Vancouver, BC.
