Refund Policy
Refunds may not be given for cancellations less than 48 hours notice caused by inclement weather, and/or incomplete or incorrect order information. If you have placed an order online and would like to cancel your order 48 hours in advance of your pickup date we can offer you a credit to our online store.

Cancellations be made 48 hours before your pickup date. No refunds will be issued on orders cancelled after 48 hours within placing your order.
Disclaimer
Chez Christophe is not liable for any damages to your order after pick up. We will verify your order with you in detail before you leave the café.
All cakes, pastries and chocolates should be transported on a flat surface in your vehicle.
If you have purchased a cake or macarons, once at your destination, refrigerate if not being served right away. Chocolates should be kept in a cool, dark place away from a window. Chocolates should NOT be stored in the refrigerator.
If you have sent someone else to pickup your order, they are responsible for making sure that the order is to your satisfaction before leaving the café.
Shipping Policy
We ship from Tuesday and Friday using Canada Post. Orders take 2-3 business days to process and fulfill. We ship out once we have received and confirmed payment. Once your package ships, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. Processing times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays).
Orders placed after 11am PST Friday through Monday will be held for processing until the following Tuesday.

Shipping Method Options
When possible, we highly recommend shipping to a business address rather than a residential address to keep your package in a temperature-controlled environment as long as possible. Orders take 1-2 business days to fulfill. You will be contacted if any products you have selected require a lead time due to quantity ordered or seasonal. Orders are shipped out Tuesday-Friday.
*Please note our shipping service is closed during the Summer (June to September).
Chez Christophe implements a warm weather shipping policy from June - September in order to guarantee that our products arrive at your door in the best condition possible. We do not ship any temperature sensitive products during these months including chocolate boxes, bars or confections.

Please note, we do NOT do same day shipping. Available shipping options are:

Upon checkout, these options become available for you to choose. We are not responsible for delays in transit.

Our product leaves leave our facility in the highest standards. We make every effort to protect your shipment from damage but the courier company is responsible for proper delivery of your package.
