Chez Christophe West Vancouver

Officially Open

Chez Christophe Chocolaterie Patisserie is officially open its at 2215 Marine Drive in West Vancouver, across from the West Vancouver Community Centre. The new location, owned and led by Chef Christophe Bonzon, serves as the company’s primary chocolate production kitchen and features a contemporary café experience with an outdoor patio. Guests can expect signature offerings, including popular cube croissants, artisan chocolates, pastries, cakes, and café beverages, as well as a new lunch menu.  

Online pre-orders will be available at this location starting Tuesday, June 2.

New Lunch Menu

The Chez Christophe West Vancouver location features an expanded menu inspired by European sandwich and café culture, including a new breakfast cube croissant. For lunch, Chef Bonzon collaborated with Chef Daniel Kim, previously of Boulevard Kitchen, to create a modernized sandwich menu. Focusing on simplicity and quality ingredients, such as their take on a ham and cheese – the Jamón Ibérico and Stracciatella served on a house-made pretzel croissant – and the Fromage Héritage, a “grilled cheese” made with an aged Gruyère and signature cheese blend (a nod to Chef Bonzon’s Swiss background), melted in between house-made olive oil focaccia. The sandwiches are exclusively available in West Vancouver.
