Adrian Harris and Jeremy Inglett are the duo behind the Food Gays, a blog and brand that promotes colorfully vibrant cooking and the authors of Cooking in Color: Vibrant, Delicious, Beautiful Food.  Their inspiration for this special collaboration with Chez Christophe was pure nostalgia and wanting to create a memorable and exciting trio of flavours which evoke a true tasting experience.

Campfire - 42% milk chocolate birch ganache with a vanilla marshmallow in a 63.6% dark chocolate shell. (Nut free / Gluten free)

Pumpkin Pie - 35% caramelised white chocolate and roasted pumpkin ganache with a pie crunch in a 35% caramelised white chocolate shell. (Nut free)

Apple Cider Truffle -  35% caramelised white chocolate cardamom ganache and apple cider jelly rolled in cookie crumble in a milk chocolate shell. (Nut free / Liquor free)
